What a jump! I had jumped all the way to 150.8 but I am back to 149.2. I have been drinking plenty of water and eating healthy stuff. I am still working out 5 days a week and getting ready for my "surprise" to get here, either Jasmine Ciara or Denzel Eli. I only have 6 and a half weeks left! Today I made a mexican chicken dish in the crockpot and it was really good. You take thawed chicken breasts, one packet of taco seasoning, and one jar of salsa and put all of it in the crockpot on high for 3 hours. Then right before you take it out, you sprinkle cheese on it (I use mexican cheeses) and then serve it over rice. It was so tasty!! I am just trying to keep my weight gain at 25 pounds or less!!

31 weeks pregnancy weight

Another week of pregnancy and I am still 146.4. No weight gain for the last week which is great :) I have been eating lots so I thought I would at least be 147. Only 8 weeks to go until the baby is here!! I am still eating my protein bars for breakfast and a protein with a veggie for lunch. I usually eat a big salad or cereal for dinner. My snacks have really increased. One day I ate a HUGE cupcake from The Cup but then I didn't eat lunch. Another day I ate a cupcake as a snack along with chocolates. I am still exercising 5 days a week and on one of those days I am doing the BodyPump class that involves lifting weights. My doctor told me to go easy on the squats and lunges so I am. I have got to get the babie's room ready!!
