What a jump! I had jumped all the way to 150.8 but I am back to 149.2. I have been drinking plenty of water and eating healthy stuff. I am still working out 5 days a week and getting ready for my "surprise" to get here, either Jasmine Ciara or Denzel Eli. I only have 6 and a half weeks left! Today I made a mexican chicken dish in the crockpot and it was really good. You take thawed chicken breasts, one packet of taco seasoning, and one jar of salsa and put all of it in the crockpot on high for 3 hours. Then right before you take it out, you sprinkle cheese on it (I use mexican cheeses) and then serve it over rice. It was so tasty!! I am just trying to keep my weight gain at 25 pounds or less!!

Another week of pregnancy and I am still 146.4. No weight gain for the last week which is great :) I have been eating lots so I thought I would at least be 147. Only 8 weeks to go until the baby is here!! I am still eating my protein bars for breakfast and a protein with a veggie for lunch. I usually eat a big salad or cereal for dinner. My snacks have really increased. One day I ate a HUGE cupcake from The Cup but then I didn't eat lunch. Another day I ate a cupcake as a snack along with chocolates. I am still exercising 5 days a week and on one of those days I am doing the BodyPump class that involves lifting weights. My doctor told me to go easy on the squats and lunges so I am. I have got to get the babie's room ready!!

I have held onto 144 for almost 2 weeks but I finally moved up to 146. Total weight gain now is 19 pounds :( I flucuated with a total weight gain of 18-20 pounds with my second and I am hoping to not go over 150 with this one!! 9 weeks left to go. I wonder if I can keep it under 4 pounds over those next 9 weeks? I have really watching what I eat and I had an egg mcmuffin for breakfast with no egg. I have been snacking on fruit snacks to help my hunger. We went to Incredible Pizza last night for my son's birthday and I had a huge salad with light ranch and one tiny slice of cheese pizza. I didn't eat any of the red velvet cake or cupcakes except the few bites that my boys left on their plates! How could they not eat EVERY bite? I know I would've :)

Today I am 29 weeks and I am still at 144! Yesterday, I had to drink the orange sugar drink to check my glucose and I almost threw up. Then I couldn't eat anything after that until they checked it. When I left the doctor's, I went to McDonalds and got a grilled chicken wrap with no sauce. It was great! I was so tired yesterday because I only slept from 2 a.m. to 7 a.m. The baby was kicking all night and I was having contractions. The doctor checked my cervix and it is still closed, thank goodness! For dinner, my hubby was off so we went to Old Chicago and I got the Malibu Veggie pizza, thin crust. I ate half of it and took the other half home. It was our last summer day together because today my son started school and I go back to work tomorrow!! On Monday, we went to Texas Roadhouse and it was delicious! I had the grilled porkchop with a sweet potato and a salad. I asked for rolls with no butter and I had one roll :)

The Turkey Tornado Wrap that I had at Einstein Bros. Bagels helped me maintain my weight today!! Despite having a full tray of cookies and muffins from my training yesterday. I am limiting myself to three mini muffins a day and my weight has been down! I am trying to track what I eat so that I stay healthy these last few weeks of pregnancy!! My training went well yesterday! We were in a nice air conditioned room with a projector already set up and lots of snacks!! Finally, a day where my needs were actually met!! Doing all of the moves must have burned calories too because I ate a cookie yesterday as well :) The baby must have ate it all!! Today I had an Egg McMuffin no egg for breakfast, a salad with bacon for lunch, and a Smart Ones breakfast pocket for dinner. My snacks have been three mini muffins and two fruit popsicles :) I saw lots of people at work today when I went in to turn in my training stuff and they said I looked tiny for 7 months. So that is a motivator to me!! Some other people have said that but made it sound like a bad thing :( Trust me, I am eating plenty!!

The last two days that I did not post, my weight had shot up to 145.2. Today it was back to 144.2, which is great! I was soooo sick yesterday. I ate a nasty school lunch wrap that was offered during my training because I was so hungry. That evening, I was in the bathroom for two hours throwing up and having contractions because of it! Due to all of that, I am down a pound. I am so glad that I am not sick today!! Today for lunch during training, we went to Einstein Bros. Bagels and I had the Turkey Tornado Wrap off of the 400 calorie menu. It had turkey, avocado, cucumbers, brussel sprouts, and some sort of dressing in a whole wheat tortilla. It was so good!! My friend got a spinach, egg, cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread and it looked delicious!! Tonight I am going to eat light because I had muffins and half of a cookie during training today :)

I am happy to stay in the 143 range!I was up 6 pounds at my last doctors visit and she said I should've only been up 4 pounds so hopefully this next visit, I will only be up 2 pounds!! Yesterday I was 143.8 and today I am back to 143.0. I am so SORE!! We did the BodyPump class again yesterday with weights and lunges, squats, ab work, etc. It is a complete body workout. Today I could barely roll my big belly out of bed! We went back to the gym and did an hour of cardio on the elliptical. DH said that my legs are looking more toned than ever before :) Good, because I need them to be fit and toned to hold up this big belly!! So far I am up 16 pounds and I have 80 days to go until my c-section!! Please stay under 20 pounds!! I don't want to see 150 on the scale ever again :( It will be nice to go to work for a couple of months and then be off with the baby for a couple of months :) It has been almost 3 years since we had a baby in the house!!

My weight has been back and forth all week but I am happy to still be 143. I have now officially gained 16 pounds and I will be 7 months pregnant next Wednesday!! I had 3D photos of the baby done and it was amazing to see its face!! I can't wait to meet him or her. I conducted a training today at a school that was not air conditioned and I almost died!! I have been so tired all day! I have snacked a little more than usual just to stay awake because I also had a late afternoon meeting. I am so tired!!

I am back to 141! It was my miracle Memphis pizza at Old Chicago! Everytime I eat that pizza, I am back to 141 :) I eat half of it for lunch and the other half for dinner and it keeps me so full that I do not snack all day!! Today we went to a new class at the gym called BodyPump and you work out with weights for an hour. It was great!! I wish I could've done the ab work at the gym but I will soon enough!! For breakfast, I ate a protein bar. For lunch, I had a mesquite grilled chicken breast and a salad. Delicious!! The cravings are hitting me so I have to watch it today :)

I am happy to still be 142!! I want to stay in the LOWER 140's until close to the end!! We went to McDonalds for breakfast and I had a sausage mcmuffin for a dollar with no sausage, sub canadian bacon with a large diet Dr. Pepper. I love that breakfast!! My son had gymnastics so after that we went to Old Chicago again and I had my favorite, the Memphis Pizza with guacamole. I ate half of it and then the other half for dinner!! We went to Toys r us, JCPenney, and then to all the license bureaus to figure out where our new license plates were!! What a long day!! I am now home and in my pajamas. I got paid today so I am loving life!!

I am happy just to be under 143!! I toggled with that number a little this week and I am glad to stay around 141-142 :) I have been eating one glazed Krispy Kreme donut for breakfast (200 calories) before I work out so I have energy and so I do not feel deprived!! It is working!! I do good then the rest of the day! I am still eating a peanut butter snack for protein, chicken breast and salad for lunch, and then fiber cereal for dinner :) My 3D ultrasound was on Monday but they are installing our new lights over our breakfast bar (so excited!!) so it is now on Tuesday!! I can't wait to see the babies face!!

My weight has really flucuated this last week! According to pregnancy guidelines, I should weigh between 142-144 at 26 weeks so I am right where I need to be in order to gain less than 25 pounds :) I have gained 14 so far and I am now 6 1/2 months pregnant!! My weight was lower today because yesterday we went to Old Chicago and had the new Memphis pizza. It was delicous!! I ate half of it for lunch and the other half for dinner. It had white and yellow cheese, veggies, and guacamole on thin crust and it was the individual portion. It was huge so that is why I ate half for lunch and half for dinner. Also, I cut down on my snacking :) I always snack more right when we buy groceries because there are so many options!!

Finally, my weight is stabilizing! It feels like it keeps going up, up, and up!! At the doctor's I weighed 144.......sigh. But it was right after lunch and drinking a bunch of water!! It looked like I had gained 6 pounds in the last 4 weeks which is too much but I told her I weighed 142 at home so she cut me some slack! The baby has finally caught up on its measurements!! My belly measured 25 cm which matches 25 weeks so it is not measuring a week behind anymore!! After I left my doctor's appointment I went to McDonalds and got a small strawberry banana smoothie and it was delicious!! Only 210 calories and worth it!! For lunch, I ate a cup of refried beans and a chicken breast and snacked on those icee popsicles :) I love those. Today I had cereal (Apple Jacks) for breakfast, grilled chicken from KFC with half of a biscuit for lunch, and tonight I plan on eating a big salad for dinner.

I have hit the 15 pound mark!! Hopefully I stay at this or under the next week or so! I see the doctor today and have to weigh in (their scale weighs heavy!!) and hopefully I get to see the baby!! I get that nasty sugary drink to drink for my next visit to test my glucose levels. I hate that stuff!! Today I am eating light and drinking lots of water until I weigh in! I hit the 14 pound mark today and I am 25 weeks pregnant!! My appetite is finally under control now. Usually for breakfast, I eat a protein bar or fiber one cereal with raisins. For lunch, I am making a big salad and heating up bacon slices with cheese, ranch, and hard boiled eggs. It is delicious!! For dinner, I am eating grilled mesquite chicken breasts with green beans and bacon. This baby loves bacon!! Snacks usually consist of fruit snacks, oranges, frozen popsicles, and pretzels. I am feeling really good and we have been working out about 5-6 days a week!! I hope I can keep the weight gain right around 20 pounds. I gained almost 50 with my first and 18 pounds with my second :)

Today I hit 6 months pregnant!! I am so happy that I just have less than three months left. My csection on Oct. 27th is right around the corner. I always get really nervous before my csection but I know that it will go smoothly. Things have been going great this summer. I have been working out and eating right. I passed my principal exam and I am now a certified elementary, middle school, and high school principal as well as a Special Ed. Director. I can't wait to apply for those jobs the year after next and earn $20,000 more :) I will need it with three babies!! I have been eating a slice of wheat bread with peanut butter as a snack and it really keeps me full :) For lunch, I usually do chicken with crispy cheddar onions and a salad. I also like chili!! On the night of my class, I go to Hardees and get their BBQ grilled chicken sandwich on wheat and it fills me up!! It is $4 but it is really big and worth it!!

I was down to 137.8 today. I didn't exercise yesterday. It seems like the days that I am exercising, I weigh more!! When I exercised, I shot up to 139.0!! I am feeling great and eating lots of fruits, veggies, and protein. I am still eating my protein bar for breakfast and usually chicken or steak for lunch. I am going to grill some lean hamburger patties for the 4th of July and eat some veggies with them!

I finally hit 22 weeks today and I am now 5 1/2 months pregnant. Only 17 weeks left to go before my c-section. So far I have gained 11 pounds, ouch!! Some days I feel huge and other days I feel okay. I am still eating protein bars for breakfast and usually eating chili or chicken for lunch and dinner. I haven't increased my food intake but the baby must be growing because the last few weeks I have been gaining!! I am still exercising and I am getting ready to take my boys to the park. The baby now kicks me quite a bit and sometimes I feel it moving throughout my stomach!! It is such a neat feeling.

I haven't had this big of a weight gain since between 15-16 weeks :) I am still under the 10 pound weight gain marker (although I did hit it one day but dropped back down) so I am feeling good about my weight gain. I see the doctor tomorrow and I am excited to see my little banana (that is how big the baby is now!!). They called me yesterday to confirm that my c-section will be at 7:30 a.m. on Oct. 27th so it is nice to have the official date!! Yesterday I ate garlic chicken and a salad for lunch. For dinner, I ate fiber cereal. I snacked on pretzels :) Today I had a protein bar for breakfast and I worked out. I think that I will have one of my beef enchiladas for lunch!!

I ate really good yesterday. I had a protein bar for breakfast, chili and salad for lunch, and a BBQ grilled chicken sandwich from Hardees for dinner. I had class last night so I didn't eat very many snacks. I also went in to work for a little while since my hubby was working some overtime. Today, I got up early to see my hubby off to work and then I exercised on my elliptical so I am feeling good!! I see my doctor on Thursday and hopefully I will get to see the baby again!!

This week has been a HUGE growth week for the baby. This is the most that I have gained in one week and I finally hit the 10 pound weight gain mark!! I am not too happy about that but I am over halfway through my pregnancy so I will take it. Yesterday I did really good and ate fiber cereal for breakfast, strawberries and whipped cream for desert, a 6 oz sirloin with bacon wrapped around it and a sweet potato with no butter for lunch at Lone Star, and a slice of cheese pizza for dinner. I have been STARVING every day and I think the baby is having a growth spurt. He or she is now the size of a banana and weighs a pound. My hubby is eating similar to me and is dropping pounds every day so I know that I am eating healthy :)

I have finally hit 20 weeks and I am now 5 months pregnant!! I am more than halfway through my pregnancy since my c-section is at exactly 39 weeks!! I have been eating healthy stuff like beef tacos fresco style at Taco Bell and salads for dinner! I love the new Fiber One cereal with raisins so I have been eating that for breakfast. The baby loves kicking and punching at me and I am sure he or she is still standing on its head in my belly. I love my ultrasound photo! I will have to get this baby into gymnastics early!

I can't believe I will be 19 weeks tomorrow!! I had a LONG day yesterday. We are doing 9 hour days at work for summer testing and I worked from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 a.m. and then had class from 4 - 9 p.m. I was exhausted! Today I am working 7-4 p.m. and then going home and seeing my boys and hubby! I didn't see them at all yesterday!! My weight has been fluctuating around but staying pretty stable around 134. Yesterday I ate a protein bar for breakfast, a beef enchilada that I made with a cheddar jalapeno tortilla, and a protein bar for dinner because I was so busy!! Today I brought chili for lunch :) I can't wait to see my obgyn again in two weeks!!

I got to see my baby on the ultrasound!! He/she was a mover! The tech said she had never seen a baby move so quick. As soon as she started to measure the baby, it would move away! The hearbeat was down from 167 to 150. The baby is 8 ounces!! The baby kept standing on its head with its feet curled forward on its face!! At the end, the baby put both hands between its legs so we couldn't have found out even if we wanted to!! My weight at the doctors was 136 but I had just eaten lunch. It was 134 that morning and today I am back to 133. The doctor said I am doing great on my weight gain with only gaining less than 10 pounds and I am halfway through!! She booked the c-section for October 27th at 7:30 a.m.!!

I can't believe that I am now 18 weeks pregnant. 4 1/2 months into it!! Friday is my big ultrasound to see the baby!! We are not going to find out the gender though. I have been trying to eat healthy and work out. I am working out about 5 days a week and eating fiber cereal for at least one of my meals. Today I had an unsweet iced tea from McDonalds and an egg mcmuffin with no egg. For lunch, we ordered from Korea House and I had the Chapche which is healthy with slim noodles and beef with steamed rice. For dinner I had my big bowl of fiber cereal :) Tonight, I will probably eat an orange for a snack!!

The beautiful 132 is back! I don't know how that happened. Yesterday I was super busy at work and didn't have time to really snack. I had a protein bar for breakfast and a grilled chicken breast with green beans for lunch. I ate some fruit and a small piece of donut and a small piece of coffee cake. Bite size pieces!! For dinner, I ate a grilled chicken salad from Sonic with no dressing. We went to see Iron Man at the movies and I only had a handful of popcorn. The rest of the family ate two tubs of it!! We got home late and I didn't eat anything and stayed up. Today I had my egg mcmuffin with no egg for breakfast and a chicken breast and salad for lunch. I have a bad cold today so I took a nap. I haven't been sick in a long time!! For dinner, I just ate some cereal. I don't have time to work out today because I got my nails done and that took forever. My boys did good. The ladies didn't do them the way I wanted because of a communication breakdown. They look good but I know they won't last long. The others lasted 5 weeks!

17 weeks!!

This last week, I have seen my weight go up and down! The highest I hit was 134.4 for two days after a mini-vacation but today I was back to 133.4. So far, I have gained 6.4 pounds and I am 17 weeks today!! I can't believe I am almost at the halfway mark of 20 weeks!! My stomach has been growing but I am still in most of my regular clothes. I really notice it when I look in the mirror before getting in the shower! I have been eating lots of protein such as grilled marinated chicken breasts, steaks, and beef. I have been craving oranges so I eat one of those at night or drink an iced coffee. My big ultrasound is 06/04/10!! I get to see my baby again and NOT find out the gender!!

Well I am now 4 months pregnant and my baby is the size of my open hand :) The baby can hear now and can be startled by loud noises!! I have gained 5 pounds so about one pound a month :) My weight is going up and down so who knows. I have been eating lots but I am still exercising so it evens out! Today I had my chicken dumpling soup that I love with a piece of candy. Tonight I am going to eat my grilled chicken breasts that I dip in french fried onions. It is so good!! I am saving up for when we eat at Chevy's in Columbia this weekend!!

Well I have been 131.6 for a few days now. I have been eating healthy and working out so I am proud of my weight so far. Almost 16 weeks (4 months preggo!!) on Wednesdeay and I have gained 4.6 pounds so far!! I still fit in most of my clothes but at night, my stomach gets huge and round!! I marinated some chicken breasts and steaks and had a steak today for lunch with salad, cheese, and dressing. It was really good! I plan on making my chicken enchiladas again tonight!!

I finally hit 132 and then I was back down to 131.6 yesterday. Today I was back to 131.0!! I hit 132 because we had a work meeting with turkey sandwiches and key lime cheesecake and chocolate meringue pie!! I had a piece of both but split them with a friend!! Yesterday, we had another work meeting with BBQ pork and beef. I ate some of that with no BBQ sauce and had one bite of potato salad and one bite of baked beans. My friend brought some pork rinds so I ate those and half a bag of pretzels. I turned down the cupcakes!! Last night was my son's birthday party and he had a blast!! I was too busy to eat a lot so I had a salad and one small slice of cheese pizza. His spongebob cake was so good!! It was from Supreme Bakery. I didn't eat a piece but I did eat a spoonful of the bottom of the cake that was left on the spatula!! After he got done playing games, I ate another salad and one piece of dessert pizza. I was afraid I would be back to 132 today but I was down to 131!! My friend's mom gave me a $30 gift card to Lone Star Steakhouse for being a good friend to her (she was my former para) so I may eat there today!! I need to work today also so I will try to fit everything in!!

I was down two ounces today which is great!! Today I had to go and get an unsweet iced tea with 7 splenda's from McDonalds. I didn't get my Egg McMuffin with no egg. I ended up eating my Special K Double Chocolate Protein Bar. Today we have a three hour meeting and they are serving turkey on homemade bread so I guess that is what I will have. I am trying to be good!! I don't feel very well today. My bladder is acting up today and it feels like I have to go to the bathroom every second with major pressure!! Ugh!! I hope it stops soon. The baby must be loving my bladder today!! I am so happy to be 15 weeks. Just one more week and I will be 4 months pregnant!!

For lunch, my hubby and boys met me and we went to Schlotzskys. I love that place! The boys tore their pizzas up and ate them all!! I had the veggie on wheat with light spicy mustard instead of light spicy ranch. I didn't eat my baked chips so I gave them my youngest son. For dinner, I had a big salad with one cooked slice of bacon and some strawberries. I even squeezed in some exericse tonight so we will see where I am at tomorrow!!

My new friend 131 was back today!! I figured that it would be because I didn't drink very much water yesterday during mothers day and I ate three bites of the brownie obsession at T.G.I. Fridays. We went there for mothers day and I had the key west shrimp skewers with broccoli and a house salad. It was delicious and healthy!! Then they said that I get free desert so I picked the brownie obsession and ate three bites of it and the rest I left. I tried to pawn it off on my kids but they didn't want it!! Back on track today but soooo tired. I thought the second trimester was when fatigue went away!!

I looked down at the scale this morning expecting to see 131 and instead it was by old friend 129!! I had to look again to make sure it was right. I ate really well yesterday though! We went to McDonalds and I had my usual, an egg mcmuffin with no egg. It is just canadian bacon and cheese on a english muffin. I order the sausage mcmuffin for $1 and then tell them to substitute the sausage for canadian bacon so that I get it even cheaper!! This time, they gave me two pieces of canadian bacon and it was really good!! I didn't have time to eat any snacks because we went to Toys-r-us to get my friend a present who just had a baby boy. We took it up to St. John's and gave it to her. She looked so good! She only gained 6 pounds her entire pregnancy and her baby was a healthy 6 pounds 12 ounces!! Then I sold some books so we mailed them at the post office. We ran home and I took my thawed out chicken breasts and rolled them with eggs and then dipped them in cheddar french fried onions and flour. They baked for 20 minutes and came out crispy and delicious!! We ate a salad with them. I headed to work to earn some extra hours and stayed there for a while. By the time I got home, I was busy making the boys dinner and I ended up just eating a big bowl of Kellog's bran cereal with milk and strawberries. Instead of my usual snacking yesterday, I just ate strawberries. A whole carton of them!! Maybe that is why I am down?? :)

Yesterday I had to present my comps for my principal certification to the board at my university. I was very nervous and busy at work all morning, so I didn't have time to eat a lot of snacks!! I had an Egg McMuffin for breakfast with no egg and an unsweet iced tea. For lunch I had one of my chicken enchiladas and a salad. After my comps, I ate some of the pieces of cheese and fruit that they had for us. For dinner, I had a Sonic Grilled Chicken Salad and it was really good with salt and pepper. I ate an orange for my night snack and worked out on my elliptical. I am hoping to maintain the lower 130's until farther into my second trimester. I will be 15 weeks on Wednesday!!

I am down four ounces today and I am trying not to blow it. I want to eat everything in sight!! Yesterday, I did really good and ate a grilled chicken salad for lunch and my delicious chicken enchiladas for dinner with just a bite of my chili. Today I had my protein bar for breakfast and I am heating up my soup for lunch. I am trying not to eat any of the goodies that they are making for our nurse today. I did bring strawberries for it so I might eat those. I have got to exercise tonight in between everything else!!

I was down almost one pound today. My weight is all over the place! For the rest of my pregnancy, my hcg levels will be declining so we will see how my appetite is! Today I ate an egg mcmuffin with no egg for breakfast. Today I took off work to go to my son's field trip and we walked the zoo for hours!! On the way home, I went to Sonic and had a grilled chicken salad. For dinner, I think I am going to eat some chili that I made but I can't decide. I cooked a bunch of healthy foods because my hubby is on the hcg diet. He dropped two pounds today so he was in a good mood!! I was too because I am doing well with my weight gain so far :) I even went out and bought some super cute maternity clothes!! I wore the fake bump and they fit great!!

My weight has been going up one pound about every day since a few days ago :) I have been eating fairly decent and working out but the baby is growing!! I have gained 4.4 pounds so far this pregnancy and I will be 3.5 months pregnant tomorrow!! 14 weeks! Last night for dinner, I grilled some chicken breasts and covered them with diced tomatoes and green chili's. My hubby and I ate it and loved it!! We had salad to go with it. I have been so stressed with trying to get my comps ready that I have been eating more sweets. Hopefully I pass them and will be a certified principal!!

Back to 129.0! My body seems to love going up and down. I haven't been 129.0 since I was 10 weeks pregnant, more than 3 weeks ago! I should be up because I had pasta and a roll yesterday along with a brownie bite. Today I went to chick fil a for breakfast and had their new yogurt parfait with strawberries and cookie crumbs. It is only 200 calories and delicious! For lunch, we went to TGI Fridays and I had the pecan crusted grilled chicken salad with no dressing. Hubby had the steak, no butter, with broccoli. Then we went to Culvers and I had one kiddie scoop of their flavor of the day which was cookie overload. YUM!! Hubby and I split it. I only had about two bites and it was gone!! For dinner, I just had lowfat refried beans and a salad and I am stuffed. I just got done working out.

I should not be down 2 ounces. I ate everything yesterday! Yesterday was a stressful day and I worked from 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. For lunch, I went to schlotzsky's and had their small veggie sandwich on wheat with lowfat ranch dressing and cheese for 300 calories. It was so good!! Then I started eating mini heath bars and chocolate truffles all day. For dinner I had a chicken salad from Sonic with no dressing and lots of salt and pepper. I ate more chocolate and an ice cream cone from McDonalds on the way home with my boys. I didn't even exercise but I was running around all day. I wish I could eat like that every day and have a steady weight gain!!

Yesterday, I just ate bran cereal for dinner because I snacked on pretzels all evening because I worked late and I am working late again tonight so I will try not to snack!! I have been drinking unsweet tea almost every morning with Splenda and today I am drinking sugar free sweet tea and it is delicious. Today I plan on eating a McDonalds salad for dinner and soup for lunch! I can't wait to see my baby on the ultrasound June 4th!!

I was down almost two pounds today! When I went to my obgyn yesterday, she prescribed me some Zofran to help with the nausea and vomiting and some Metamucil fiber bars to help with constipation :( I feel a lot better today!! I have been stressed with finishing my principal certification and I will be glad when this semester is over and I am done! Also at work, I finally turned in my extra hours and they messed up and put it on one of my co-wokers check! So it has been a mess trying to get my hours back and the lady I turn them into at the office is not very helpful!

I brought soup for lunch and I am working late so I brought some protein bars for snacks!!

I was the same today. Today for breakfast I had my Special K protein bar and then my Special K protein snack bar for my snack. We were really busy so I didn't have time to eat lunch before my doctor's appointment and I was starving!! I weighed 130.0 at the doctors (probably due to not having lunch and drinking tea in the morning!) and she said my weight loss was right on track. I gained a pound since my last visit 4 weeks ago. The baby measured right on target and the baby's heartbeat was 167 again. Sounds like a girl!! Right after my appointment, I went to Culvers and had their strawberry fields salad. 451 calories and 31 grams of fat because of the pecans. Who knew? No wonder I was up the last few times I ate it. I thought it only had 250 calories! For dinner I ate a salad (lettuce and carrots only) and three bites of chili and I am stuffed. My doctor gave me some meds for my nausea (Zofran) so hopefully that helps. Tomorrow I will be 13 weeks!!

I was up an entire pound today!! This is my highest so far. I felt good being at 130.something because then I felt like I was very close to the 120's!! I think I am up today because I didn't drink hardly any water yesterday and I grazed all day. I didn't eat big meals but I ate all day long. I still only went over my daily caloric intake by 50 calories. I had two mini donuts from Krispy Kreme for 90 calories each. My hubby is doing another round of HCG so he was loading all weekend and it made it hard for me to have all of that junk food in the house! We ordered pizza for dinner and I ate one slice of thin crust pizza with veggies only, no cheese. Then I ate two crusts from slices of my boys pizza that they didn't eat. That was all I had for dinner! For breakfast, I had a ham and cheese, no egg, english muffin from Braums and it was delicious! For dinner I ate a piece of grilled chicken that I made. I had rolled it with cheddar french fried onions and it was delicious. I ate a salad with it. I am ready to get back on track. I haven't been working out since my hubby has been off work. So far, I have gained 4 pounds this pregnancy and I am almost 13 weeks. With my last pregnancy, I had only gained two pounds at this time but oh well :)

No change in my weight today which is great because I am still in the 120s! I am trying not to sabatoge myself with cravings! Yesterday for dinner I ate a grilled chicken salad with no dressing at Sonic. For breakfast today I had my Special K protein bar. For lunch, I had the BBQ Chicken Salad at Panera without the BBQ Ranch sauce, only with regular BBQ sauce. It is only 180 calories. I had low fat chicken noodle soup to go with it. Tonight I made chicken enchiladas and used a wheat tortilla for mine with lowfat cheese. I ate one half cup of refried beans for 90 calories. It was all delicious and I feel stuffed and I still have 95 calories left to eat for the day!!

I hit my second trimester and I am still in the 120s!! That has been my goal all along!! My cravings have been getting pretty intense and in the second trimester, I am supposed to add 300 calories to my diet so that will be fun!! This morning I had a very intense craving for an omelet biscuit at Hardee's. I drive by Hardee's every morning on the way to work and the craving hit me like a ton of bricks! I had to literally not look at Hardee's! Last night, I ate Special K fiber cereal for dinner and a slice of bread with sugar free jelly. It was delicious! Today I had my Special K protein bar for breakfast and I brought a chicken sandwich for lunch with pretzels and a low carb yogurt. Tonight I will probably make chicken enchiladas again. I make them with jalapeno cheddar tortillas and they are so so good!! Yay to be in the 120s still!!

Still in the 120's with one more day to go before I hit 12 weeks! I worked out yesterday and then sat on the couch and did school work all night! For dinner, I had a 4 oz steak with a salad and one slice of Sara Lee soft and smooth 100% wheat. It is the best bread ever! For a snack, I had a Carbmaster yogurt from Dillions that only has 4 carbs and 12 grams of protein. They are so good and they are only 2 for 88 cents!!

I gained a pound and a half!! I felt heavy this morning and my legs felt like bricks when I stood up on my scale. We went out to eat all weekend and every day I had the Strawberry Fields salad from Culvers! It was delicious. Today I had my Special K protein bar for breakfast, the double chocolate kind. I had the South Beach Diet whipped almond bar for a snack. I went out to eat AGAIN for lunch at Sonic. I had their grilled chicken salad for 248 calories. Yummy. Tonight I will probably eat a sandwich since I didn't have any bread for lunch. I try to do only one meal with bread. I have to work out tonight. I took a nap yesterday and didn't work out. I am almost to the second trimester. I will be on Wednesday!! I am wearing my new size 4 pants from Ann Taylor Loft and I had to cinch the belt :) I look forward to wearing them again after the baby!!

Well I ate at fast food restaurants all day yesterday and didn't work out and I was down again!! TMI but I had been constipated too but not anymore so I think that really helped :) Yesterday, I went to McDonalds and had an egg mcmuffin with no egg just canadian bacon and cheese. For lunch I had McDonalds Classic Grilled Chicken Sandwich on honey wheat with no mayo. I had two mini three musketeer bars as snacks. For dinner I went to Culvers and had their new strawberry fields salad. Whenever I eat a salad with fruit and pecans (like at Panera and Houlihans), I am always down! This salad had hot grilled chicken, strawberries slices, pecans, and feta cheese and it was soooo good!! For desert, I had a small ice cream cone from McDonalds!!

Well I hit the 130 mark again yesterday but I am back down to 129.2 today. Yes!! I am still hoping to stay in the 120's by the time I hit my second trimester on Wednesday!! Come on Elizabeth!! Last night I tried on some new clothes and I am down to a size 4 in everything after doing the HCG diet. It flattened my stomach!! I feel good that I have that tool to use again after I have the baby to get down to my prepregnancy weight and then some! Yesterday, I had Sonic all day. For lunch and dinner, I had a Sonic grilled chicken sandwich with no mayo. I didn't work out either. Today I have had an egg mcmuffin with no egg for breakfast from McD's. For lunch I had a McD's grilled chicken classic sandwich on wheat with no mayo. It is still 370 calories. I had a 100 calorie pack of cookies for a snack. I am drinking lots of water today!!

Sigh..........the 130's are almost here. My starting pregnancy weight was 127 so I have gained around 2.8 pounds in three months. The doctor asked me my starting weight and I couldn't remember so I told her 128 but actually it is 127. My weight has went up and down this last week from 127 to 129.8. I feel heavier in my mid-section and my bottom stomach is really hard from my uterus growing. I am hoping to gain under 20 pounds with this baby. I gained almost 60 pounds with my first and 18 pounds with my second. I get discouraged when I hear people tell me they were back to their prepregnancy weight within three weeks of their c-section!! I plan on doing the hcg diet again after the baby is born and I am done breastfeeding! Today I went to McD and had an English muffin with canadian bacon and cheese, along with an unsweet tea. I didn't realize that tea has caffeine in it so I will have to watch my caffeine the rest of the day! I am going to eat a salad for lunch from Dillions and then eat light for dinner!

Well I am still in the 120's and tomorrow I will be 11 weeks pregnant!! Only one more week after that and I will be in the second trimester. My goal is to stay in the 120's until then!! I haven't been hungry and then when I am, I am starving! Then as soon as I eat, I feel sick!! I can't wait until all of that stops! They say that 12 weeks is the peak of hcg levels and progesterone levels and then it start declining. That is why people feel so good in their second trimester. I am almost there!! I have been eating my South Beach Fiber Fit bar for breakfast and only a Special K snack bar for my snack. For lunch, I keep it around 300 - 350 calories. For dinner, I eat pretty much whatever I want. Today I am going to eat some beef pot roast and carrots. I am exercising 40 minutes daily for 5 days so that has helped!!

I don't know how I jumped back to 127! I thought I would be up!! Yesterday, I took my hubby out to dinner for his birthday. We went to Houlihan's and I had the Grilled Chicken and Pecan salad. Whenever I get a salad with pecans, I am down! I had them put the garlic ranch on the side and leave off the bacon. It was a HUGE salad and I ate half of the bread. We had ice cream there and I had a few bites as I fed it to my 2 year old. When we got home, we had a cake and I had a piece but it was about the size of my thumb. Then I ate some of my angel food strawberry shortcake, a big bowl, so I would not eat more cake. I can't believe I am down. I didn't throw up at all yesterday but today the baby didn't like the chicken enchilada that I ate so that didn't stay down :( Things are looking good until I hit my second trimester!!

I was down two ounces today. No throwing up last night, thank goodness! I had class last night so I snacked all evening and didn't really eat dinner. For lunch, I had a grilled chicken breast and green beans with one piece of bacon. For dinner I had a south beach whipped chocolate almond bar, a yoplait yogurt, 2 graham crackers, and one apple. I got home late and then went to bed!

I should be down four ounces after throwing up all evening!! I made hamburgers for my boys and then I made mine. By the time that I made mine, I was SOOO hungry that I didn't let it cook long enough. As I bit into it, I realized that it wasn't done in the middle!! I went ahead and ate around the middle and felt okay. However, it wasn't long before I started feeling sick and I started throwing up!! This lasted all evening! One of my co-workers made me a lowfat strawberry shortcake so I can't wait to eat it today!!

Thank goodness I am still in the 120s!! Two more weeks to go before I hit the second trimester! Today I had my South Beach protein bar for breakfast. Then for lunch, I ran to Sonic and got my grilled chicken sandwich on wheat with apples. For dinner, I made a 3 oz ground beef patty (85% fat free) with wheat bread and miracle whip and made it into a hamburger!! It was really good! My boys didn't eat all of their hamburgers so I did have two more bites of meat but I won't count that :) It seems like the beef is high calorie when I looked it up but oh well. I am done eating for the day!!

Today I am not hungry at all! However, I have a cold and I took some of my son's children's Tyelonol this morning. Last night I had my quesadilla which always makes me lose! Today I had a South Beach chocolate protein bar. My snack was five melba toasts and a Cabot cheese. For lunch, I am eating a Lean Cuisine that is chicken and veggies along with a Yoplait parfait yogurt. For dinner, I am making chicken enchiladas :) Yummy!!

129.4 is the highest that I have been in more than a month!! My goal was to stay around 128 until my second trimester which is two weeks away! I stayed within my calorie limits yesterday but 200 of my calories were chocolate marshmellow eggs so I am sure that extra sugar did it. I worked out all weekend and today. Today at work they had a birthday breakfast and I ate 5 strawberries with a tsp. of coolwhip and one bite of quiche. I had already had my protein bar or I would've eaten more! I went ahead and ate my melba toast as a snack. For lunch I had a Grilled Chicken Sandwich at Sonic with apple fries and a diet sprite. For dinner I did a quesadilla with my whole wheat tortilla, chicken, and lowfat cheese. I have been eating that almost every night and I love it. TMI but I have also been constipated over the last few days so that hasn't helped :( Overall, I can't wait to get into the second trimester!! Next doctor's appt. on April 27th!!

I was up a pound today. I knew I would be because I have been feeling very bloated. With this pregnancy, I am feeling morning sickness ALL throughout the day. I feel miserable! I never had morning sickness like this with my other two. I feel like I am going to throw up right now! I haven't actually thrown up that much but I just feel like it. Today I ate some egg beaters and turkey bacon for breakfast. For a snack I had two cinnamon graham crackers. For lunch, I ate a 4 ounce steak and some seasoned taco meat with a sprinkle of cheese. For a snack I had 4 marshmellow eggs for 140 calories. The rest of the family ate Krispy kremes!! I took one small bite off of my hubby's glazed one and then stopped. I felt queasy!! Our pantry is stuffed with Easter candy!! I saw that Krispy Kreme is getting a new donut called the Chocolate Fudge Donut in mid-April and I will have to try it!! So far my cravings have been donuts and fruit!! I will hit 10 weeks pregnant on Wednesday and I can't wait. Almost to my second trimester. The countdown to Oct. 27th has begun!!

Back to 128.0! I haven't seen that in 3 weeks :) I am very paranoid about what I am eating because I was blasted on the pregnancy boards for not eating around 2,000 calories! I think that it is more important to eat the proper nutrients than the number of calories that I consume. That is what my doctor said too :) I have been eating from all food groups but it only equals around 1,000 calories. Today for breakfast I had my South Beach protein bar and for a snack I had some cheese and melba toasts. For lunch, I ate a grilled chicken on wheat bread sandwich from Sonic with apple fries and a Diet Sprite. It was delicious!! For dinner, I will probably eat eggs and turkey bacon. That sounds good right now even though I am stuffed!! I will make sure to really monitor my calories and make sure I have the proper nutrients every day!!

I was the same again today. Burger King must be the answer :) Yesterday I had my usual Kashi dark chocolate coconut bar for breakfast and then the rest of my chicken chili for lunch. For dinner, someone came by to see our house (we are trying to sell it) so I took the boys to Burger King. They were begging for it!! I got a Whopper Jr. with no mayo with apple fries and a diet coke. It was delicious!! It filled me up too because I didn't even eat anything else when I got home. I can barely squeeze into my pants even though I haven't gained any weight. My lower belly is now hard and protuding since my uterus is now the size of a grapefruit!! I upped my calories from 800 to 900 since I am getting closer to that second trimester and I don't want to eat too few calories; however, I don't want to gain a bunch either. The baby measured about 5 days small on the ultrasound so I don't want the baby to continually be small even though they told me to not eat any extra calories during the first trimester. Oh well, I will figure it out!!

Yesterday I had my ultrasound and it went great! I got to hear the heartbeat and it was nice and strong at 167!! That definitely indicates a girl which would be wonderful because I have two boys :) The baby measured 8w1d and I was 8w6d so my due date is now around Nov. 5th instead of Nov. 3rd but the doctor said that my csection would likely be Oct. 27th or 28th so I am still sticking to being 9 weeks pregnant today :)

Yesterday I didn't eat breakfast because I knew I had to weigh at the doctors. I had my ultrasound at 10:30 a.m. and I was starving!! The doctor saw me quickly and I weighed 129.0 on her scale. After that I had to go to an elementary school for an observation so I ate a turkey sandwich in my car and a South Beach Fiber Fit bar. When I got back to work, I ate my breakfast which was a Kashi Dark Chocolate Coconut Bar. For dinner, we went to Burger King and I ate the BK Charbroiled Chicken sandwich with no mayo. It was really good but the calorie thing said it was still 350 calories but I don't see any way possible that it is that many calories!! For dessert, we went to Braum's and I had a cake cone with CarbWatch Chocolote Almond. It was delicious and only 160 calories. I wasn't sure to get a sugar cone or cake cone but I think that they are both lower than a waffle cone!!

Well I am back to 128! Today is my ultrasound and I get to see my little bean or beans!! I will find out today if it is one or two babies. I am so excited! However, I am very nervous because I am worried about not hearing a heartbeat or nothing being there at all :( After having a miscarriage, it makes you worried about everything. I never worried about these things before my miscarriage. I ate really good yesterday. I am excited to be at my lowest weight ever before having my third child :) For lunch, I ate a new Lean Cuisine Beef Portabello meal with steak and broccoli and it was only 160 calories. I had a yoplait parfait yogurt with it for 100 calories. It was delicious. I had the caramel but they have raspberry chocolate and lemon meringue. For dinner, I ate a cup of my chicken chili and a handful of air popped popcorn. I worked out for 35 minutes and then the entire family walked at one of the local elementary schools. Almost time for my ultrasound!!

I went back to my diet yesterday and exercised for 45 minutes and I was up two ounces. My body fluctuates between 128-129 during this time of my pregnancy. Today I ate my Kashi Dark Chocolate Coconut bar for breakfast with one chocolate graham cracker (65 calories). For lunch, I had my leftover grilled KFC chicken leg and thigh with a salad. For a snack I had my new Yoplait Raspberry Chocolate yogurt for 100 calories. For dinner, I am eating the chicken chili that I have cooking in my crockpot. I have also been munching on the sea salt melba toast. I just got done working out and now it is time to do school work and get ready for my IEP meeting on Monday :(

I am so excited!! I only gained six ounces over my week long training in Kansas City!! That involved eating out every night! My dh didn't do so well and gained 3 pounds!! I gave him suggestions at every restaurant but he didn't always listen :) I have had to make very healthy choices at restaurants for years now so I pretty much have it down. Here is a breakdown of my menu:

Sunday dinner: Sonic Grilled Chicken sandwich, no mayo
Monday dinner: On the Border Mexican Restaurant: Low Fare Menu - Grilled Chicken with salsa and grilled veggies in salsa. Delicious!!
Tuesday dinner: T-Rex Dinosaur Cafe - Grilled Chicken Wrap in a Tomato Basil Tortilla. I only ate half of the tortilla.
Wednesday dinner: Small greek salad and pita bread with hummus. One piece low carb cheesecake with fresh strawberries (600 calories, so that was my one splurge!!)
Thursday dinner: Fiorella's Jack Stack BBQ - Grilled chicken salad with feta cheese, fresh strawberries, spinach leaves, and low fat raspberry vinagrette on the side.
Friday dinner: KFC grilled chicken leg and thigh with green beans
Saturday lunch: KFC grilled chicken leg and thigh with green beans :) Only 260 calories!!

Every day for breakfast I had a South Beach Protein Bar or Kashi Chocolate Raspberry bar. Every day for lunch, I ate two slices of chicken breast, one slice of cheese, and wrapped it up in a Santa Fe wheat tortilla.

I am so happy that I didn't gain but six ounces. I was really worried but this proves to me that I can eat more normal while having hcg in my system (due to pregnancy) and still maintain. I never went over 1,000 calories except for my cheesecake day :)

Tuesday is my ultrasound and I am so excited. Almost 9 weeks pregnant!!

I was down six ounces today, which is great!! I would rather be on the lower end of 128! My pants are getting a little bit tight due to almost being 8 weeks but my weight is going down :) Yesterday for dinner, I had scrambled eggs. One whole egg and three egg whites along with one piece of bacon (45 calories). I sprinkled a little bit of shredded cheese on them and some pepper and my eggs were delicious!! I scrambled the bacon in with them as well. Today for breakfast I had my South Beach Living protein bar. The peanut butter kind is delicious!! No high fructose syrup and 8 grams of protein!! I had two shortbreads as my snack and I plan on eating clean the rest of the day. I don't know where I am eating lunch but it will be on the road!!

I was down two ounces this morning. I am happy that I am maintaining the 128 pounds so far. I am only going to track my weekly weight above now so it is not so long!! Tomorrow I head out for a week long training and I am packing healthy snacks and my scale!! I always gain on trips so if I have my scale with me, then maybe I won't gain!! Besides, it is self defense trainer training so maybe I will burn some extra calories! Today I had a fruit cup at Chick fil a for breakfast and chicken and cabbage for lunch. Tonight, I am going to eat a grilled cheese sandwich for lunch and see if that brings me up!! My hubby has been eating tacos every night while on the hcg diet and losing a pound each day so I might have a taco instead!! Today he ate his taco in a low carb tortilla instead of a shell so I might do that too!

I was up two ounces today which is okay because I am still 128. A lady in my class is expecting and due in August. She said that she has LOST three pounds since she became pregnant AND she is 20 weeks along!! Some people!! For lunch yesterday, my hubby showed up to surprise me so we went to KFC. I had the grilled chicken thigh and leg (only 210 calories total). The grilled chicken breast was 190 calories and the wing was like 50 so I chose the lower calorie option, the dark meat :) I had green beans as my side and took one small bite out of my biscuit and threw it in the trash. For dinner, I had one of my wheat tortillas and one cup of chili. My boys wanted to go out yesterday after my class since it was so nice out so we did. We drove by Wanda Gray and Cherokee and looked at the house we have a contract on AND a back up house that we love right by Cherokee. It is definitely our back up house if our current deal falls through. My boys wanted strawberry shakes from Sonic so I got them each one and then I did sip on one because they didn't finish it!! I had about four sips and then threw it in the trash!! I have to be good today and on Spring Break when I am in training!

I was down two ounces today. I am so happy that I am maintaining my weight during this first trimester. I ate a lot of food for dinner!! I had two tacos and some cabbage. We popped popcorn and watched the movie "Couples Retreat". It was really good. I didn't eat any popcorn. For lunch yesterday I had a grilled chicken sandwich from Sonic and I am always down in weight when I eat that. Today I ate my South Beach Protein Bar again for breakfast and then ate one QUARTER of the new banana cream stuffed donut from Krispy Kreme which is about 75 calories. It was SOOOO good! I can still smell the dounts and they are now calling my name. Donuts are such a weakness for me but I will prevail!! For lunch, I am trying a Healthy Choice frozen entree that is fish, broccoli, veggies, and apple desert. It is 300 calories. I brought one cup of chili to eat for dinner before my class tonight along with one of my tortillas. I need to buy some more of those from Sam's!!

I am so excited that I hit the 7 week mark today and I get to add a fish!! Less than 2 weeks to go for my ultrasound!! I just ate my South Beach Protein bar - Cinnamon Raisin for breakfast and I brought a cheesestick for a snack. I plan on going to Sonic for lunch and getting my grilled chicken sandwich on wheat for 250 calories or maybe the grilled chicken salad with cheese for 260 calories. I haven't decided. DH is off tonight so I don't know what we are eating for dinner. Probably the tacos I made last night. We are saving our money for our week long trip next week because we will be eating out all week!!

I knew that I was going to up today because this morning I felt bloated and my lower back really hurt. I worked out last night for 40 minutes and then cleaned my house. Today I brought my Kasha protein bar, the cinnamon raisin kind. I also brought an apple for a snack. I brought chili again for lunch (one cup) and will toast one of my tortillas. For dinner tonight, I am going to eat one of the mesquite steaks that I made along with my skillet squash. I am out of melba toast and I snack on those so I am going to have to buy some more. Tomorrow, I get to add another fish because I am hitting the 7 week mark!!

Well I am almost to the 7 week mark of my pregnancy! I am so excited. I am so happy that I am maintaining my weight after losing from being on the hcg diet. My goal is to not gain any weight during the first trimester (5 more weeks to go!) and to continue to eat healthy and exercise. Today I tried a new bar, the South Beach Protein Cinnamon and Raisin bar. It was really good and 8 grams of protein!! For lunch, I brought my chili and I am going to eat a Santa Fe Wheat Tortilla from Sam's. For dinner, I am going to eat my steak again along with cabbage. Today is my fourth day to exercise and then I am off for three days. I can't wait until my ultrasound on March 30th!!

I was happy to see that I am still 128. I didn't weigh yesterday because I felt bloated and tired. I worked out today and yesterday on my elliptical. I went up a pound a couple of days ago and I now know why. I have learned that soup is a weight gainer for me now. Ever since I did the hcg diet, whenever I have soup, even if it is lowfat, I gain weight. I am sticking to just chili!! I made some today and I have packed it for work tomorrow, along with an apple. We ate at Sonic all weekend and the grilled chicken sandwich is only 250 calories, with the bun. It is only 100 calories without the wheat bun but I had to have the bun yesterday!! The grilled chicken salad is 260 calories with no dressing but with cheese. I ate that today and it was delicious. For dinner, I ate a 4 oz steak and some squash and I am trying to stay awake. The first trimester has really hit me hard the last few days in regards to tiredness. As soon as I put my boys to bed, I want to go to bed!! I slept 10 hours each night over my weekend :)

I am down 2 ounces today. I love the fact that I was on the HCG diet before I got pregnant because it really taught me how to eat properly. For breakfast, I had an English McMuffin from McDonalds without the egg. It is around 200 calories. For lunch, I ate a piece of vegetable pizza from Papa Johns along with a salad and one small strawberry bite sized desert. We had a meeting at work so I had no other choice!! For dinner, I went to Sonic and had the grilled chicken sandwich on the wheat bun. I ate half of the wheat bun. I thought I would be up with the pizza but I wasn't!! I can't wait until March 30th for my ultrasound to see if I am feeding twins!!

I am so glad that I am down a pound because I have to weigh in at my doctor's appointment today and I hate doing that. I even weighed myself again with my clothes to see what I weighed and my clothes added exactly a pound. I just want to be under 130 when I weigh in!! Yesterday I had a south beach diet protein bar for breakfast and I only ate three shortbread cookies all day. For lunch, I had a chicken salad from Sonic without dressing but I did eat the croutons which were only 25 calories. For dinner, I had my chicken and salsa dish along wtih cabbage with some bacon. For my snack, I had a 60 calorie tortilla from Dillions and then went to bed!! I am excited for my ultrasound today to see my baby or babies!!

Well I am down almost a pound today. I worked out again last night on my elliptical for 40 minutes and do the hill version. I burned 280 calories and felt great. I drank all of my water as well. For dinner, I had my miracle Fuji Apple with Chicken salad (half order) from Panera and it was delicious. I was going to do skillet squash but it was so nice outside that I wanted to go outside with my boys. Yesterday was super busy with running around and looking at houses. Eric had to work overtime so he was gone all day. We met him for lunch and then home and then back out to look at houses. Today I ate a new protein bar, South Beach Diet Choocolate bar, and it was really good. Only 90 calories and I am still full!! I brought soup for lunch and I am going to eat a whole wheat tortilla with it. I haven't decided what I am going to eat for dinner yet!!

Okay my weight keeps inching up but I am still eating healthy, around 900 calories, and exercising 45 minutes a day. I think it is a combination of being pregnant and coming off the hcg injections. Today, I was so busy running around that I ate my usual kashi bar for breakfast and my three shortbread cookies. For lunch, I had a junior burger from Braums with ketchup and pickles and I didn't eat the top bun. I ate about three fries from my son's carton. It was around 250 calories. For lunch I had a chicken breast and cabbage and some melba toast. I am going to make some skillet squash tonight if I am not too tired.

I don't know what I did but I am up 1.2 pounds. My doctor said that I am not supposed to really gain anything the first trimester but I think it is just water weight. The only extra food I had were 4 fries and one bite of a chicken tender! I know that is not 1.2 pounds worth. If I was going to gain 1.2 pounds then I would've went to Krispy Kreme and made it worthwhile! I heard that the new banana creme donuts are delicious!! Today, one of my co-workers was nice enough to make me a lowfat strawberry shortcake with lowfat coolwhip, angel food cake, and strawberries. I have had about 150 calories worth of that today. For breakfast I had a serving of it and my kashi bar. For lunch I had a small Seafood Milo salad, no dressing, from Pasta Express. It was super good! It had lots of shrimp and crab and lowfat mozzarella cheese. For dinner, I ate my chicken and salsa crockpot recipe and one low carb tortilla and two servings of my strawberry shortcake. I just ate a cheesestick and I am done eating!! I worked out for 35 minutes on my elliptical and burned 250 calories. My youngest son is sick and has been screaming all night so I am stressed!! He keeps wanting me to hold him so while I am sitting and sitting with him, I want to eat. We will see what tomorrow's weight brings!!

My body loves going back and forth between 127.6 and 127.4. I am just so happy that my weight has stabilized around that. I never could've made it into the 120's without the hcg diet!! I am so happy to be in the 120's and plan to stay there until my second trimester! Today I am eating my Kashi dark chocolate cherry bar for breakfast and my snack is a serving of Girl Scout shortbread cookies (120 calories for 4). For lunch, I am meeting my DH and DS's and I think that we will probably do BK or maybe McDonalds. Maybe KFC's grilled chicken? It was really good the other day. For dinner, I put frozen steaks in my crockpot with pepper gravy (lowfat version) and I can't wait to eat it. If only I can get over my cold then I will feel great!!
