I gained a pound and a half!! I felt heavy this morning and my legs felt like bricks when I stood up on my scale. We went out to eat all weekend and every day I had the Strawberry Fields salad from Culvers! It was delicious. Today I had my Special K protein bar for breakfast, the double chocolate kind. I had the South Beach Diet whipped almond bar for a snack. I went out to eat AGAIN for lunch at Sonic. I had their grilled chicken salad for 248 calories. Yummy. Tonight I will probably eat a sandwich since I didn't have any bread for lunch. I try to do only one meal with bread. I have to work out tonight. I took a nap yesterday and didn't work out. I am almost to the second trimester. I will be on Wednesday!! I am wearing my new size 4 pants from Ann Taylor Loft and I had to cinch the belt :) I look forward to wearing them again after the baby!!

Well I ate at fast food restaurants all day yesterday and didn't work out and I was down again!! TMI but I had been constipated too but not anymore so I think that really helped :) Yesterday, I went to McDonalds and had an egg mcmuffin with no egg just canadian bacon and cheese. For lunch I had McDonalds Classic Grilled Chicken Sandwich on honey wheat with no mayo. I had two mini three musketeer bars as snacks. For dinner I went to Culvers and had their new strawberry fields salad. Whenever I eat a salad with fruit and pecans (like at Panera and Houlihans), I am always down! This salad had hot grilled chicken, strawberries slices, pecans, and feta cheese and it was soooo good!! For desert, I had a small ice cream cone from McDonalds!!

Well I hit the 130 mark again yesterday but I am back down to 129.2 today. Yes!! I am still hoping to stay in the 120's by the time I hit my second trimester on Wednesday!! Come on Elizabeth!! Last night I tried on some new clothes and I am down to a size 4 in everything after doing the HCG diet. It flattened my stomach!! I feel good that I have that tool to use again after I have the baby to get down to my prepregnancy weight and then some! Yesterday, I had Sonic all day. For lunch and dinner, I had a Sonic grilled chicken sandwich with no mayo. I didn't work out either. Today I have had an egg mcmuffin with no egg for breakfast from McD's. For lunch I had a McD's grilled chicken classic sandwich on wheat with no mayo. It is still 370 calories. I had a 100 calorie pack of cookies for a snack. I am drinking lots of water today!!

11 weeks today!!

Sigh..........the 130's are almost here. My starting pregnancy weight was 127 so I have gained around 2.8 pounds in three months. The doctor asked me my starting weight and I couldn't remember so I told her 128 but actually it is 127. My weight has went up and down this last week from 127 to 129.8. I feel heavier in my mid-section and my bottom stomach is really hard from my uterus growing. I am hoping to gain under 20 pounds with this baby. I gained almost 60 pounds with my first and 18 pounds with my second. I get discouraged when I hear people tell me they were back to their prepregnancy weight within three weeks of their c-section!! I plan on doing the hcg diet again after the baby is born and I am done breastfeeding! Today I went to McD and had an English muffin with canadian bacon and cheese, along with an unsweet tea. I didn't realize that tea has caffeine in it so I will have to watch my caffeine the rest of the day! I am going to eat a salad for lunch from Dillions and then eat light for dinner!

Well I am still in the 120's and tomorrow I will be 11 weeks pregnant!! Only one more week after that and I will be in the second trimester. My goal is to stay in the 120's until then!! I haven't been hungry and then when I am, I am starving! Then as soon as I eat, I feel sick!! I can't wait until all of that stops! They say that 12 weeks is the peak of hcg levels and progesterone levels and then it start declining. That is why people feel so good in their second trimester. I am almost there!! I have been eating my South Beach Fiber Fit bar for breakfast and only a Special K snack bar for my snack. For lunch, I keep it around 300 - 350 calories. For dinner, I eat pretty much whatever I want. Today I am going to eat some beef pot roast and carrots. I am exercising 40 minutes daily for 5 days so that has helped!!

I don't know how I jumped back to 127! I thought I would be up!! Yesterday, I took my hubby out to dinner for his birthday. We went to Houlihan's and I had the Grilled Chicken and Pecan salad. Whenever I get a salad with pecans, I am down! I had them put the garlic ranch on the side and leave off the bacon. It was a HUGE salad and I ate half of the bread. We had ice cream there and I had a few bites as I fed it to my 2 year old. When we got home, we had a cake and I had a piece but it was about the size of my thumb. Then I ate some of my angel food strawberry shortcake, a big bowl, so I would not eat more cake. I can't believe I am down. I didn't throw up at all yesterday but today the baby didn't like the chicken enchilada that I ate so that didn't stay down :( Things are looking good until I hit my second trimester!!

I was down two ounces today. No throwing up last night, thank goodness! I had class last night so I snacked all evening and didn't really eat dinner. For lunch, I had a grilled chicken breast and green beans with one piece of bacon. For dinner I had a south beach whipped chocolate almond bar, a yoplait yogurt, 2 graham crackers, and one apple. I got home late and then went to bed!
