I had a great breakfast yesterday. A bite of a cinnamon roll, some angel food cake with strawberries and cool whip, a piece of banana bread, and some fresh fruit. It was delicious! I ate well the rest of the day. I went to KFC and had a grilled chicken wing and some green beans. For dinner, I ate the grilled chicken breast and some green beans. I had a wheat tortilla as a snack and some melba toast as a snack. I wasn't very hungry so I went to bed early. Today I am eating the same things except my own grilled chicken and a steak for dinner. My doctor said to continue to eat like this because it is healthy for the baby :) Veggies and protein!
