I was happy to see that I am still 128. I didn't weigh yesterday because I felt bloated and tired. I worked out today and yesterday on my elliptical. I went up a pound a couple of days ago and I now know why. I have learned that soup is a weight gainer for me now. Ever since I did the hcg diet, whenever I have soup, even if it is lowfat, I gain weight. I am sticking to just chili!! I made some today and I have packed it for work tomorrow, along with an apple. We ate at Sonic all weekend and the grilled chicken sandwich is only 250 calories, with the bun. It is only 100 calories without the wheat bun but I had to have the bun yesterday!! The grilled chicken salad is 260 calories with no dressing but with cheese. I ate that today and it was delicious. For dinner, I ate a 4 oz steak and some squash and I am trying to stay awake. The first trimester has really hit me hard the last few days in regards to tiredness. As soon as I put my boys to bed, I want to go to bed!! I slept 10 hours each night over my weekend :)
