Well I am almost to the 7 week mark of my pregnancy! I am so excited. I am so happy that I am maintaining my weight after losing from being on the hcg diet. My goal is to not gain any weight during the first trimester (5 more weeks to go!) and to continue to eat healthy and exercise. Today I tried a new bar, the South Beach Protein Cinnamon and Raisin bar. It was really good and 8 grams of protein!! For lunch, I brought my chili and I am going to eat a Santa Fe Wheat Tortilla from Sam's. For dinner, I am going to eat my steak again along with cabbage. Today is my fourth day to exercise and then I am off for three days. I can't wait until my ultrasound on March 30th!!
