I am down 2 ounces today. I love the fact that I was on the HCG diet before I got pregnant because it really taught me how to eat properly. For breakfast, I had an English McMuffin from McDonalds without the egg. It is around 200 calories. For lunch, I ate a piece of vegetable pizza from Papa Johns along with a salad and one small strawberry bite sized desert. We had a meeting at work so I had no other choice!! For dinner, I went to Sonic and had the grilled chicken sandwich on the wheat bun. I ate half of the wheat bun. I thought I would be up with the pizza but I wasn't!! I can't wait until March 30th for my ultrasound to see if I am feeding twins!!
