I should be down four ounces after throwing up all evening!! I made hamburgers for my boys and then I made mine. By the time that I made mine, I was SOOO hungry that I didn't let it cook long enough. As I bit into it, I realized that it wasn't done in the middle!! I went ahead and ate around the middle and felt okay. However, it wasn't long before I started feeling sick and I started throwing up!! This lasted all evening! One of my co-workers made me a lowfat strawberry shortcake so I can't wait to eat it today!!

Thank goodness I am still in the 120s!! Two more weeks to go before I hit the second trimester! Today I had my South Beach protein bar for breakfast. Then for lunch, I ran to Sonic and got my grilled chicken sandwich on wheat with apples. For dinner, I made a 3 oz ground beef patty (85% fat free) with wheat bread and miracle whip and made it into a hamburger!! It was really good! My boys didn't eat all of their hamburgers so I did have two more bites of meat but I won't count that :) It seems like the beef is high calorie when I looked it up but oh well. I am done eating for the day!!

Yes, still in the 120's!! I need some motivation to stay in the 120's until I get into my second trimester! I will be 10 weeks tomorrow and I just have two weeks after that. Today I am not hungry at all! However, I have a cold and I took some of my son's children's Tyelonol this morning. Last night I had my quesadilla which always makes me lose! Today I had a South Beach chocolate protein bar. My snack was five melba toasts and a Cabot cheese. For lunch, I am eating a Lean Cuisine that is chicken and veggies along with a Yoplait parfait yogurt. For dinner, I am making chicken enchiladas :) Yummy!!

129.4 is the highest that I have been in more than a month!! My goal was to stay around 128 until my second trimester which is two weeks away! I stayed within my calorie limits yesterday but 200 of my calories were chocolate marshmellow eggs so I am sure that extra sugar did it. I worked out all weekend and today. Today at work they had a birthday breakfast and I ate 5 strawberries with a tsp. of coolwhip and one bite of quiche. I had already had my protein bar or I would've eaten more! I went ahead and ate my melba toast as a snack. For lunch I had a Grilled Chicken Sandwich at Sonic with apple fries and a diet sprite. For dinner I did a quesadilla with my whole wheat tortilla, chicken, and lowfat cheese. I have been eating that almost every night and I love it. TMI but I have also been constipated over the last few days so that hasn't helped :( Overall, I can't wait to get into the second trimester!! Next doctor's appt. on April 27th!!

I was up a pound today. I knew I would be because I have been feeling very bloated. With this pregnancy, I am feeling morning sickness ALL throughout the day. I feel miserable! I never had morning sickness like this with my other two. I feel like I am going to throw up right now! I haven't actually thrown up that much but I just feel like it. Today I ate some egg beaters and turkey bacon for breakfast. For a snack I had two cinnamon graham crackers. For lunch, I ate a 4 ounce steak and some seasoned taco meat with a sprinkle of cheese. For a snack I had 4 marshmellow eggs for 140 calories. The rest of the family ate Krispy kremes!! I took one small bite off of my hubby's glazed one and then stopped. I felt queasy!! Our pantry is stuffed with Easter candy!! I saw that Krispy Kreme is getting a new donut called the Chocolate Fudge Donut in mid-April and I will have to try it!! So far my cravings have been donuts and fruit!! I will hit 10 weeks pregnant on Wednesday and I can't wait. Almost to my second trimester. The countdown to Oct. 27th has begun!!

Back to 128.0! I haven't seen that in 3 weeks :) I am very paranoid about what I am eating because I was blasted on the pregnancy boards for not eating around 2,000 calories! I think that it is more important to eat the proper nutrients than the number of calories that I consume. That is what my doctor said too :) I have been eating from all food groups but it only equals around 1,000 calories. Today for breakfast I had my South Beach protein bar and for a snack I had some cheese and melba toasts. For lunch, I ate a grilled chicken on wheat bread sandwich from Sonic with apple fries and a Diet Sprite. It was delicious!! For dinner, I will probably eat eggs and turkey bacon. That sounds good right now even though I am stuffed!! I will make sure to really monitor my calories and make sure I have the proper nutrients every day!!

I was the same again today. Burger King must be the answer :) Yesterday I had my usual Kashi dark chocolate coconut bar for breakfast and then the rest of my chicken chili for lunch. For dinner, someone came by to see our house (we are trying to sell it) so I took the boys to Burger King. They were begging for it!! I got a Whopper Jr. with no mayo with apple fries and a diet coke. It was delicious!! It filled me up too because I didn't even eat anything else when I got home. I can barely squeeze into my pants even though I haven't gained any weight. My lower belly is now hard and protuding since my uterus is now the size of a grapefruit!! I upped my calories from 800 to 900 since I am getting closer to that second trimester and I don't want to eat too few calories; however, I don't want to gain a bunch either. The baby measured about 5 days small on the ultrasound so I don't want the baby to continually be small even though they told me to not eat any extra calories during the first trimester. Oh well, I will figure it out!!
