I am back today to 130.0 after being at my highest of 130.6. They had a big breakfast at work and that is why I wad up.
Yesterday I didn't have much of an appetite and I went into work and had cereal for lunch and dinner. I also had a mini glazed donut from
Krispy Kreme for 90 calories. Our power just went out so I will update more later!
